Refund Policy

We at Tribal Duck Design Studio take utmost care to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the graphic design services provided to them. In the unlikely event that a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, we have a refund policy in place to provide an appropriate remedy.

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  1. If the client cancels the project before any work has begun, a full refund will be provided.
  2. If the client is not satisfied with the initial concepts provided and chooses not to proceed with the project, a partial refund may be provided.
  3. If the client is not satisfied with the final design, we will work with the client to make revisions until they are satisfied. If the client remains dissatisfied, the advance will not be refunded.
  4. If there are any issues with the delivery of the final design, such as a technical error or damage to the files, we will work to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be provided.

Please note that refunds are at the sole discretion of Tribal Duck Design Studio and its parent company Hippooo Design Studio LLP. Any disputes arising from the refund policy will be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
